Terms of Service

Submitting a request through The Reset Haven's booking form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment, scope of work, and final price are confirmed by our concierge team by phone or email before your cleaning takes place.

Starting prices published on this site ($200 for a 1 bedroom apartment and $300 for a 2 bedroom home, plus $50 per additional room) are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on home size, condition, special requests, and specific cleaning requirements, and will be confirmed with you before service.

Please provide accurate access instructions and disclose any pets, parking, or building requirements so our team can arrive prepared. To reschedule or cancel, contact the concierge team as soon as possible.

Questions about these terms can be directed to admin@theresethaven.com or 929-261-8854.
