The Reset Haven collects the information you provide through our booking and feedback forms — including your name, phone number, email address, and NYC service address — solely to schedule, confirm, and deliver your cleaning service, and to follow up on the feedback you choose to share.

We do not sell your personal information. Information you submit is used by The Reset Haven's concierge and cleaning team to coordinate your appointment and is stored only as long as needed to provide our services and comply with recordkeeping obligations.
